At Insert Engraving LLC and The 97 Swap, we take great pride in the quality of our work and the community events we host. Because our products are custom-made and our events require significant logistical planning, we adhere to the following policy:


Customized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our engraved and UV-printed products, all sales on customized items are final. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or features a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Exchanges for damaged goods are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

  • Quality Assurance: We are committed to high standards. If there is an issue with the craftsmanship of your order, we want to make it right—please reach out to us directly to discuss a resolution.


The 97 Swap (Vendor Fees & Attendance)

The 97 Swap is an outdoor market and typically operates rain or shine.

  • No Refunds: Vendor fees are non-refundable. This includes instances of inclement weather or vendor cancellations.

  • Event Cancellation: A refund of vendor fees will only be issued if the market is officially closed by event organizers prior to the scheduled day of the event.

  • Case-by-Case Review: We understand that unique circumstances can arise. Any requests for credit or transfers to future dates are handled at the sole discretion of the event management.
